Do I need to complete offers 01 and 02 before applying for the flagship?

Not necessarily, but you DO need to have similar outcomes of the architecture already installed in your business. If we judge that you don't have those, then the sequence of offers becomes non-negotiable — not as a gate, but because the work in 01 and 02 is what makes 03 possible. Clients who arrive at 03 having completed the prior offers get dramatically better outcomes.

What if I'm not sure which offer to start with?

That's exactly what the application call is for. Gargi will ask about your current situation and tell you honestly where to start — including whether now is the right time at all.

Why are cohorts capped at small number of participants?

This is a quality decision. The program requires Gargi to be genuinely present for each business owner's specific situation. Four to ten participants is the number that allows for real depth — not a scarcity tactic.

Are prices negotiable?

No. The price reflects the depth of work involved — active coaching, hiring

guidance, systems setup, and accountability frameworks. It is not discounted for urgency or circumstance.

Will I hire someone during the program?

If you take offer 3 or the complete GTG path program, then yes! That is the goal — at least one global marketing team member, hired through a structured, informed process with role clarity and onboarding systems in place before they start.

What countries does this work for?

The program is designed for small & medium business owners. Whether you choose to hire on-shore (locally) or off-shore (globally) the GTG path works well for both options. The strength of currencies in US, CAN, AUS, EU allow accessibility to global off-shore & near-shore talent as well from countries with strong talent pools that are already accustomed to working with companies like yours - India, Philippines, South Africa, Colombia and other markets with strong marketing professional communities.
